Dispatch
Orders are prepared, quality checked and packed before handover to the delivery partner. The final website will display the dispatch expectation applicable to the product and destination at the time of order.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary by PIN code, courier network conditions, public holidays, severe weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our direct control. The live checkout should show the best available estimate once logistics are connected.
Tracking
After dispatch, customers should receive access to tracking information through the order account, tracking page and/or transactional communication configured for the live store.
Shipping charges
The current frontend is designed around complimentary standard shipping above ₹999. Final thresholds, paid-shipping rates and any remote-area surcharges must be confirmed before launch and shown clearly before payment.
Any shipping fee payable by the customer should be visible before the order is placed. We should avoid surprise charges at the end of checkout.
International shipping
BEADPUNK is being designed for global expansion, but international shipping should be activated market by market. When enabled, the website should clearly explain shipping cost, expected transit time, duties/taxes treatment and any destination-specific restrictions.
